How do I submit a price?
Tap the + button at the bottom of the app, search for the product, enter the price you saw in-store, select the store, and submit. It only takes a few seconds.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. Your price submissions will remain but will be shown as "Anonymous" to preserve community data.
Is Price Ping available outside Canada?
Currently, Price Ping is focused on Canadian grocery prices. We may expand to other regions in the future based on demand.
How are prices verified?
Community members can upvote or downvote price submissions. Prices with more upvotes show higher confidence. Submissions that look unusual are automatically flagged for review.
